This topic is for DD on a stock that is moving up because of an very very positive earnings report expected to be next week. The company was expecting to get a merchandising contract from Kmart and recently insider buying on this stock has increased dramatically. They are also expanding on an international basis. Very promising potential, especially for quick short term gains before next week. Please post ur DD and opinions on this good stock here, and good luck.

Troy, MI-- Friday 9:05 am (BUSINESS WIRE)--Kmart Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: KMRT) Announces that it will be re-opening it's Kmart and Big Kmart stores with the new Sears name attached to them. The move to capitalize on the Sears name could be the extra push the defunct Kmart needs according to investors. Investor confidence in the new Kmart is reflected in the rapidly increasing share price of Kmart as it continues to rise since the merger was announced. In a surprise move Kmart also announced an upcoming deal with international merchandiser SPAR Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SGRP) to assist in the opening of the new Sears branded Kmart stores. SPAR Group Inc. (SGRP) plans on releasing results of the planned openings next week and is showing very positive and promising numbers. Planned openings of more Sears store locations could push Kmart into the second largest chain narrowing the gap between the number one spot holder Walmart (NYSE: WMT)

Any goog word on this stock? I have read the previous postings and it looks good. But has it topped out at 1.22? Historically, it looks like when this company generates positve earnings it heads straight up. Any thoughts?

Curses...flat trading so far. Waiting for some action and some volume. Got in at 1.3, now it's at 1.29 with no volume. Oh well, I'll see where it goes. Looks more like a hold now.

Can anyone help me on this one? I'll lose money if I get out now but does this stock have any potential to go to the $2.00 range? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
