ART'S PICKS - OVERSOLD STOCKS THAT COULD MOVE UP SOON

May have to hold for more than a week to get benefit. Listed at interest price for buy consideration. Low interest price means the price is above recent support and may well drop to that support point. Actual buy price will depend on stock behavior and market conditions at the time of buying. Check news, etc. before buying.

2/11

DIO .25

JLG 14.25

NOOF 9

SCLD 2.75

Art,

After doing some dd I saw DIO down 44% to .15 are you still looking at this as a play for tommorrow and are you going to try to get in in the a.m. even with the 347,000,000 availble for resale of those share. Do you see this as afecting the stock even more or is this the great oppertunity I was looking for. Thanks again for the screans Have a great day
Dennis

Thanks for insight Art. One other question: Since we're going to Flordia (Gainesville) on Friday for a week and I won't have access to a computer, I was thinking about placing a limit sell order (GTC) on the stock. I bought it at 2.42 and was thinking about 2.62. Or should I protect my investment with a stop loss order? What would you suggest? (I well realize that you are giving just suggestions, nothing more). Thanks again. conrad1924

DIO is diluting the float - may bring the price down some:

Diomed Resale Registration Statement in Connection with $23.2 Million Equity Financing Completed in November 2003 Declared Effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission
Tuesday February 10, 5:30 pm ET

ANDOVER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 2004--Diomed Holdings, Inc. (AMEX: DIO - News), a leading developer and marketer of minimally invasive medical technologies, including EVLT® for the laser treatment of varicose veins, today announced that the resale registration statement filed on behalf of the selling stockholders of Diomed's common stock has been declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission as of 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on February 10, 2004. The registration statement registers for resale 327,917,434 shares of Diomed common stock by the selling stockholders named therein at prices to be determined from time-to-time based on the market price of the common stock on the American Stock Exchange, the prices agreed in privately negotiated transactions or otherwise as described in the registration statement. The resale of these shares does not represent a new financing by Diomed.

I would simply hold for a few weeks or more to sell at 2.75 or more.

Been away from the computer all day - missed the opportunity to buy at .15 - now up to .18 - buying on dips below this.

Isn't this stock already beaten down badly? Why are they still listed on AMEX? Aren't you guys worry this stock will get delisted soon since it trades under a buck?
