I can just smell the class action law suits coming for this one. Nice dead cat bounce today. IMO this is a perfect example why shareholders sould have their alerts set to help them pay atteention to SEC filings. They filed that they were looking @ CH-11 last year and again about it last week. Seems almost no one payed attention to them crying wolf last week ~ the media even ignored them. Then all hell breaks loose this week!
