Maybe a surprise coming for this quarter 6-Sep-10 01:51 pm Check out CBC’s list of properties they have for sale. A few months ago they had about $70,000,000 properties for sale. Now they have approx. $38,000,000 properties for sale. I’m a Realtor and this means one thing. CBC had a lot of closings in the last couple of months. That's great news! That means they will beat analyst estimates this quarter. It looks like a great time to buy! I would love to see a major short squeeze!
