Take a look at the signatures of Greenfield. Also the use of PO box's on the reinstatement Vs. the addresses of the directors given in '08. Also the change in the company address.

Would like to see what others think of the two SEC filings of the merger agreement efforts between DMDG and Montana Acquisition Corporation.
If one were considering playing DMDG I suggest protecting your capital early.

Just like i thought it would do. 07/08 made a run to around .36 before crashing and did about the same thing this time so far. Didn't even get my standard reply from the SEC this time.
