GMPW soon to wake up, showing signs of life.

Recent news

Here's why they can fly:

Good trademark protection. From company pr 1/22/10:
"1/22/10 GiveMePower Corporation
(Pinksheets:GMPW.PK) today announced the company has cancelled
4,743,071 shares, narrowing the number of total outstanding shares from 31,917,758 to 27,174,687 shares, a 15 percent reduction. The share cancellation, unanimously ratified by the Board of Directors in an extraordinary meeting, was part of a settlement agreement reached between the company and Graebert GmbH of Berlin, relating to an alleged infringement of GiveMePower's registered trade mark rights. In addition to the share cancellation, the parties agreed to dissolve business ties over a one year period."

Bill Walton, the CEO, paid to maintain the company's "active" status at Nevada, and their "partner" status at Microsoft during their quiet period when the now settled lawsuit was ongoing.

Extensive dd in this post. The post was done before the recent 15% share reduction.

With interest, GMPW can fly on the share structure alone, but we have an open and professional ceo, a Microsoft partner, and an active company with cash. Great risk/reward here. Not your typical pink sheet stock.

====================================================================

GMPW is a rare pink with an honest CEO..basically they settled a lawsuit and got a bunch of cash.
He wouldn't say how much but it's probably more than their market cap. A/S 50,000,000 , O/S 28mil ,float 19,000,000.
There's some convertible preferred, insider held, but the conversion prices are fixed, with the lowest at .27. Very little debt there. YES AT .27 !
Share structure info:
"1/22/10 GiveMePower Corporation
(Pinksheets:GMPW.PK) today announced the company has cancelled
4,743,071 shares, narrowing the number of total outstanding shares from 31,917,758 to 27,174,687 shares, a 15 percent reduction. The share cancellation, unanimously ratified by the Board of Directors in an extraordinary meeting, was part of a settlement agreement reached between the company and Graebert GmbH of Berlin, relating to an alleged infringement of GiveMePower's registered trade mark rights. A/S 50,000,000. The ceo told me the cancelled shares were "restricted," so the float is the same as the previous numbers before the 1/22 pr, and I confirmed the numbers with the ceo and the TA.
TOTAL SHARES 31,917,758 (now 27,174,687)
TOTAL SHARES RESTRICTED 13,023,416" (now 8,280,345)
So the float is 18,894,342

They settled out of court in Novemeber for an amount the ceo wouldn't say but he's "satisfied" with it. The shares returned in the 1/22/10 pr tell me that their trademark protection is very strong. Why would the German company return them unless they thought they'd lose if sued?

They received a windfall of what is probably $500,000 or more, and may have more cash than their market cap?
How many stocks at this price have a history of having contracts with the US Navy and Bank of America?
How many stocks at this price have a ceo with a track record of professional and correct behavior?
He kept the company "active" at Nevada, paying the fees when due.
He derigistered with the SEC, so as not to be delinquent and risk suspension for not filing. He plans to become current again in the future.
They have maintained their Microsoft "partner" status, and are still approved with the US Navy.

The above things prove to me that Bill Walton, the ceo, acts in a professional and caring manner. Keeping current with all those things costs money, which he didn't have to spend. It's the reason I say GMPW is not your typical pink sheet stock.
