I looks like it has reached the turning point and gathering momentum to take off again.

Sometimes when a stock throws me so many negative waves I just move on. Maybe you could tell me what I'm missing Hot Pepper. Just in it for a quick bottom play? If so I think dilution may still be a road block.

The dilution may still be blocking as you said, but......when it pops it will be big very soon. I am glad you are doing your research.

The below is what I was able to dig up on CYCA with regards to recent activities. While there are other information on the web about this company, such are outdated. The company will be releasing news that investors are expecting. While the company is constantly engaged in strategies that will make money, one should also know that a greater amount of risk is involved. Please do your own research before any purchase of shares of CYCA.

It seems to me from the research that LIFESPAN, INC (LSPN) is connected with CYTTA CORP (CYCA). LSPN may well lead CYCA to very quick recovery from shares dilution and that will be very soon IMO.

CYTTA CORP has been licensed by Lifespan with exclusive rights to utilise Lifespan's screen phone manufacturing rights of the company. CYTTA CORP needs the screen phones to succesfully operate it's Web-based advertising services to businesses. Lifespan Inc.(LSPN) is a development-stage company. The Company has its operations in health, wellness venture and energy sector. The Company developed advanced medical devices. The Company is focused in the development of the MyWebtel and MyScreenMd technologies. MyScreenMd is the provider of Internet based home medical diagnostic and testing products utilizing the MyWebTel devices in partnership with the medical community. Lifespan has lisenced CYTTA CORP (CYCA) with exclusive rights to utilise the advanced medical devices. The Lifespan Corporation was created to develop and guide feasible, economically viable business projects to a profitable and timely conclusion.

The Company has entered into an exclusive license agreement with Cytta Corp. www.cytta.com (OTCBB:CYCA) whereby Cytta will have the exclusive right to utilize Lifespan’s technology to develop, manufacture and market Screenphone internet access devices. In exchange for the rights, Lifespan will receive six million shares of Cytta, a royalty of one-half of one percent (.5%) of Net Revenue and has an obligation to purchase units at wholesale cost from 2010 on.

The original project was acquired by Lifespan in 2003, but due to a corporate restructure during a time of market irregularities the ScreenPhone/Anyweb was never delivered in quantity by Samsung forcing Lifespan to put the project on hold until a suitable technology was available to implement the software, operating systems and models. Until very recently the appropriate Internet access technology (smartphones) was not available and until now there was not the government will to implement this system. With the new Screenphone and the mandate given to the medical market to implement exactly the technology and systems which Lifespan developed, Management feels that the time is right. Even more exciting is that GE, Intel, Phillips, Google, Microsoft and numerous other players are now entering and recognizing the market at which Lifespan should be able to excel along with CYTTA Corp.

This agreement will allow Lifespan to concentrate its efforts on the numerous and intricate developmental issues involved in completing the Medical ScreenPhone model and the diverse elements involved in integrating the medical peripherals being handled by Advanced Medical Devices.”

We are anticipating utilizing the Screenphone in the all of the following areas: Home monitoring/patient evaluation, Testing and remote diagnostics, Education, communication, practice management, Eligibility/claims processing/billing, Electronic Medical records (EMR), and Prescriptions.

The new Screenphone MD product will integrate seamlessly with the Company’s Electronic Medical Evaluation model. The Company will be advancing the proprietary hardware and software, industrial designs, intellectual property and websites in preparation for the product launch. We are focused upon becoming the leading provider of Internet based home medical diagnostic and testing products utilizing Smartphones, Screenphones and other internet access devices.”
