In October 2007, MoneyGram completed the acquisition of PropertyBridge, Inc., a provider of electronic payment processing services for the real estate management industry. As of December 31, 2007, MoneyGram operated 16 Company-owned retail stores or kiosks in France and 30 in Germany.
