8000 Inc. Unveils Cannonball 8000 Singapore Rally in Association with FHM Singapore and ESPN Star Sports

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--8000 Inc (Pink Sheets:EIGH - News), owners of the Cannonball 8000 brand today unveil details of the brand new Cannonball 8000 Singapore Event, in association with FHM Singapore and ESPN Star Sports Channel.
The inaugural Cannonball 8000 Singapore Rally will be held in March 2009. A new Cannonball 8000 division has been established to manage the event. Cannonball 8000 Private Limited is based in Singapore and will function alongside the existing UK offices.
The 2009 Cannonball 8000 Singapore Rally will initially host 50 entrants, rising to 100 entrants in 2010. This new addition to the ever expanding Cannonball 8000 portfolio will last for five days, travelling in typical luxurious Cannonball 8000 style from Singapore to Bangkok. The event will be televised and broadcast through existing global television contracts.
The Singapore event is forecast to deliver in excess of $1.5M in revenue, with forecast retained profits in excess of $600,000 in line with the established European event.
The Cannonball 8000 Singapore Rally will be formally launched in Singapore on January 24th. A dedicated Cannonball 8000 Singapore website will be launched later this month.

Centred on a three-day European rally, 8000 Inc. has reached an annual turnover in excess of $1.2M in just four years. As the European event typically sells out six months in advance, Conrad Wall, founder and CEO of the company and the event, is eyeing global expansion. Running at close to 50% profit, with retained earnings of over $600,000 per year, Wall is set to take Asia, Australia and the USA by storm.
Further brand expansion is scheduled with the launch of Cannonball 8000 TV, a broadband television channel focusing on the high-roller lifestyle, merchandising, clothing, expansion of the already successful Cannonball 8000 track days and a five year DVD distribution deal with Duke Video, Europe’s largest motorsport DVD distributor.
For 2008 Cannonball 8000 has introduced a new day Rally, travelling from Manchester to Brighton in the UK, launched in December 2007 at Old Trafford, home of Manchester United. This event is set to deliver an additional $226,000 revenue in its first year.
78% of tickets for the 2008 Cannonball 8000 European Rally are already pre-sold, meaning the Company has already met its entire 2008 sales forecast.
