This stock is setting up nicely. Trading between .038 and .04 currently. Nice chart play. If this stock closes above .046 today without news then it may run to .075 tomorrow. IMO. With news at any time who knows how high it may go!!

Stock closed above .046. Tomorrow should be green! Awaiting 8k on merger news and this thing should fly. Other boards are talking this one up big. .086 seems to be the next major test for this stock. That is almost a 100% gain.

Profit taken today. share price .035 and chart looking healthy from a 4 month stand point. Nice up slope. I expect this stock to continue upwards with lots of flip opportunities in the process. SWVC should be back in the .04's in the next couple of days trading. IMO

My chart setup for SWVC. Link is at bottom. Please read and save this post.
Open link below for SWVC 4 month chart and adjust to 1,2,3 and 4 months on chart attributes and hit update to get the big picture on this stock.
My chart analysis:
Today SWVC tested the EMA8(.0335) but closed above at .035. MACD is still positive (good) and WmR%9 is slightly below 50 (slightly bad) but so were most all stocks today. ex. F, GM, VMW, EMC.
For Monday: On the down side SWVC must hold .0335. If not, next test is .029. If you draw a straight up sloping line on all the lows on any of the charts you will see the predicted absolute bottom for Monday is .029 which is also the middle Bollinger Band. As time goes on this bottom price rises.
On the other hand this stock appears oversold and it could also rise Monday to test the upper BB which is .040. if it holds then back up we go each day. Volatility will come again if there are pumps and day traders will make out. Thats OK. Overall though SWVC should continue its upward trend with higher highs and higher lows. The chart says it all.
I bought 250,000 shares EOD today at .034. I will not sell unless it looks like the stock cannot maintain .029. My gut tells me today was a panic every where (DJ down -366 points) and that people will clear their heads this weekend and buy back value Monday. That is why I bought.
IMPORTANT: When the WmR9 crosses back up above the -50 mark the chart readers will jump in and then SWVC will take off. Pay attention to this point in particular!
If we hold the MA8 on Monday and we have a white candle day then SWVC will move up. If we don't hold the MA8 on Monday and have a red or black candle then we will probably continue down untill we hit a bottom. When the stock is declining and we have a red candle day followed by a white candle day that is the time the stock should start back up. EMA8 is my confirmation of a solid up trend.
Check out my chart link with any stock for those that are learning. Remember a sudden event such as unexpected good or bad news will change things one way or the other and you have to follow the momo at that point. The chart is still used to monitor reference points to know when to get in and out quickly. Free charts are 15min delayed so make sure you use a paid real time chart service.
2) Tomorrow look for the AROON8 down (the red line) to start to decrease from the 100 line. That is reversal confirmation. When it drops and crosses the 70 line that will signal solid uptrend confirmation.

MA8 is sort of like your Middle BB. It gives you a and idea where the middle trend lines are going

Wait and watch for a white candle day to enter. Getting real close. That will signal a bottom reversal. Other parameters are also setting up here also.
Remember this- a red followed by a white on a stock that has dropped is one indicator for a reversal. Look at some charts. That is step one. Check out volume patterns. EMA8. Bollinger Bands, Wm%R9 Macd(5,15,10) and AROON8.
Price gradually descended to about zero, until dividend announcement in Dec 2006 -- it leaped to .40, dropping to sub-penny levels by end of May this year.. it tried to break .05 three times since then.
Last ten days on the intraday chart: peaked around .055 Friday week prior, last week making a weak bottom around .022 .. does not look encouraging for Monday.
If it makes a proper bottom, if the sellers are cleaned out down to a certain price.. maybe then an opportunity would arise for a quick bull play.
Otherwise, in a low-float stock like this, there is a high risk of the price being driven down quickly.

great trade today. I posted this on I hub this morning and I was correct. Chart is turning around. Buy currently with confirmation 1-2 days.
Chart ready for reversal any time now. New chart readers watch the Aroon8. If the red(down) line moves down and the green (up) line moves up then reversal is starting. When these 2 lines cross then you will have a confirmation of your up trend. You also want to see increasing volume, rising MACD and rising WM%R9. Check out old runs for similarities to learn.

Looks like OS increase to 724 million done per 8K outline and that would mean Cornell has no more shares from financing deal to sell. This is great news if true. Last 2 million shares sold today.
10k due Nov 15 and news of added asset (completion of its acquisition of Patrick Hackett Hardware Company (“Hacketts”)due end of Nov or early Dec 2007!

In addition, there were 1,458,236 shares of Series C Convertible Preferred Stock issued and outstanding, which could be converted into 274,491,461 common shares at the market price of $.02 1/2 on October 1, 2007. WISEBUYS LOOKS TOWARDS HACKETTS ACQUISITION NEW YORK, NY, October 26, 2007 – Seaway Valley Capital Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: SWVC) (“Seaway Valley”) chairman and chief executive officer, Thomas W. Scozzafava, issued the following update to its shareholders today:
Dear Shareholders:
Now that Seaway Valley has successfully merged with WiseBuys Stores, Inc. (“WiseBuys”), WiseBuys management can now focus on the completion of its acquisition of Patrick Hackett Hardware Company (“Hacketts”), which is crucial to the immediate growth prospects of the company.
To this end, we are pleased to announce that WiseBuys has generated cash flows internally from the sale of non-core assets that would be sufficient to acquire Hacketts. Although there are other contingencies in the acquisition agreement, the September 18, 2007 Amendment between WiseBuys and Hacketts called for minimum payments of approximately $2.0 million to both repay certain debts and be remitted to selling shareholders at closing. WiseBuys has these funds secured, and we will work to address the other contingencies set forth in the Amendment. We hope to close the transaction by November or early December 2007.

SWVC O/S and PR's: Where do we stand today, AIMHO.
1) The entire O/S increase is due to convertible conversion by Cornell/Highgate etc.
2) Literally anyother way of increasing the O/S would require a SEC filing, so any discussion to that effect is null and void.
3) Tom can't sell shares without SEC filing, so that is out as well. (If he is doing it then it's illegal)
4) There will be no R/S anytime soon (for atleast a year or so), if ever done.
5)They can acquire business via prefered and I think that is what they will do
6) The Hackett deal will be completed soon
7) They will announce another acqusition before the end of the year
8) They will also announce new store addition after the Hackett deal
Upcoming PRs:
1) PR announcing that Cornell is done (this will have the max effect on the stcok price)
2) Hackett audit is done
3) Hackett merger completed
4) Other acqusition announced followed by audit and the the whole set of announcements
5) New store identification, acqusition etc.
PPS Status:
The pps is stagnet becuse investors are scared of the dilution. Once the dilution completion PR is announced this will move up and stay up and keep moving up slowely. Target pps in short term 3-10X revenue. With Hackett, if I remember correctly we are looking at $30M rev. It will get a valuation of $100-$300M. Stay with the valutaion and you will not go wrong. The O/S is not in our hand. Adjust the pps as the O/S changes
