friday volume explains a reversal is coming and imo very big.i had shares from 0,76 cents 0,34 and lately 0,012 and expect winning here th co is good related to diabetes,cholesterol etc that give money and is terriby undervalued the most i seen in years. anyway make your DD ill be buyin more on mond almost for sure

I've been following this stock and waiting for it to hit bottom. The only problem is everytime I think it has it goes a bit lower. Personally I'll wait for definite confirmation of a reversal before entering the position.
It appears that the company has been issuing shares. There's just no way for it to trade the volume it has with the share structure not changing. Once they are done it will move back up.

last friday volume was great 50.000.000 sh traded imo something good is happening. i dont know about dilution,is no real. co is good and in a great camp diabethes cholesteros heart disease etc. shares were 4$ or higher,there a lot of investors who bought over 1$ and imo thell recover. few times i saw an oportunity like this few few perhaps one in a year. but i repeat make your dd.

The reason I say the company is elling shares is because it was recently stated that the new share structure after the Reverse Split nad Reverse Merger was around 50M with a Tradable float of around 15M. The volume on Friday would mean that all the entire Outsatnding stock traded. Impossible. Further the tradeable float at 15M would have to have turned close to 2 and a half times, once again impossible. Now couple that with the decline in PPS and it sure smells like dilution.
Now the good news. THe Authorized Shares are 100M. If the company maxed it out then the O/S is 100M with a tradeable float as high as 65M. Still a low float stock. If the shares have been absorbed then it will probably bounce. I doubt it will get back to above a dollar though. The $4 price was inflated due to the Reverse Split and most penny stock tend to plummett lower after Reverse Splits.

Bounced off .035 today and now at HOD of .047. Company has told a few callers that there will be news out this week...if and what, we'll have to see.
