PFSweb, Inc. (NASDAQ: PFSW) a global provider of web commerce and business process outsourcing solutions, announced that it has signed an agreement with Fathead, LLC, the company that brings fans closer to the action with life-sized, colorful, vinyl wall graphics of popular stars from both the sports and entertainment worlds. PFSweb is supporting www.fathead.com with order fulfillment, inventory management, distribution, returns processing and customer care services. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Under the agreement, PFSweb has leveraged its web commerce order management applications to provide a complete order processing and fulfillment solution for Fathead. PFSweb is integrating its technology platform with the Fathead web commerce application utilizing the Entente Integration Suite to manage order, inventory and fulfillment functionalities for Fathead's online customers throughout the United States and Canada.

This agreement was included in the previously announced new service fee contract relationships PFSweb, Inc. has signed this year, which are estimated to be valued at approximately $12 million in annual service fee revenue upon full implementation, based on current client projections.
