Opens Three States for Its Dental Network
CORAL SPRINGS, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 21, 2007 -- Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:UDHI.OB - News) -- www.uniondentalcorp.com/ir -- a provider of multi-state dental services for union members, announced today it has opened Oregon, Indiana and Virginia for dentists to enroll in its network for the Association of Flight Attendants - Communications Workers of America (AFA-CWA). The union is the largest labor union for flight attendants representing over 55,000 individuals. AFA-CWA members include employees for 20 major airlines such as United, Northwest, US Air, America West, PSA, Atlantic Southeast, Piedmont, Hawaiian Air and many others. ADVERTISEMENT
Dr. Green, President and CEO of Union Dental, commented: "I am very pleased to have started the marketing for dentists in these areas based on our National Contract with the flight attendants to build them a nationwide dental network. UDHI has created a plan of scheduled marketing in the airline hubs of operation throughout the United States. The company intends to enroll approximately 2,000 dentists over the next 12-24 months to service these union members. Each dentist pays an annual management fee up to $5,000 for an "area of exclusivity" to participate in the UDHI program.
Dr. Green further stated: "Because of our national contract with AFA-CWA, I believe UDHI is an undervalued company. Our future is very bright and we intend to become aggressive in our marketing in all of the states over the next 18 months then introduce this national network of dentists to other labor organizations."
