IVAY has been flying under the radar. Currently hiring 400 new investigators to satisfy government contract they were subcontracted by USIS to carry out. IVAY been in the security business for almost 9 years. New acquisition pending. Should see new news soon. Please add any additional info.

Up over 20%. IVAY had a nice pop today. Maybe this is going to be the climb up from the bottom. No news out either. Does anyone know anything I don't?

Yeah, a real "nice pop" ... a WHOPPING $8,540 changed hands in this stock, on a volume of 61K, the entire day. I wouldn't touch such a low volume pig if it were traded on a major exchange, more or less on the unregulated pinks. Your entire "pop" came from one 250 share trade (a whopping $36.25) exactly 36 seconds before the bell. Most likely, this trade was designed to create the exact appearance that you're here touting, that this stock had some kind of legit "pop." Then, all of those pump-and-dumpers that loaded up on this PoS at $0.13 could unload it at $0.145 on people who didn't take the time to DD it, making a nice little profit in the process.
Does that sound about right?
