This stock has been in my 4th level watchlist for some time now and came to my attention while scrubbing for a new pick. In my notes, I had 'buy at or below .004. There's a missing link somewhere, and I need help finding it. Please post DD.
Here's what I have to work with. Appreciate anyone's help in figuring out a little puzzle...

I've read the SEC filings, checked the usual lists, and can find no reason for this stock to be trading at the current level. What am I missing? Why is a critical 'zero' missing in this puzzle? Again, any help would be appreciated.

Not to worry, Purl, gotta have all the missing pieces before a buy.
I'll tell ya, different sites match different numbers. Plus, the Form 4s and 5s are outside of range, but that's not too odd.
I'll download all the numbers later and find the 'oddest' day before ordering time and sales. Gotta pay for 'em, one day will do. Then it's a matter of notifying whoever is incorrect (I think).
News of 5 fold biogas expansion... Revenues should be comin sooooon
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/18/06 -- Intrepid Technology and Resources, Inc. (OTCBB: IESV), a renewable alternate energy company, announces the beginning of tank installation for 5-fold expansion of the Whitesides biogas production facility. The first of 8 new-generation digester tanks has arrived on site and the second will arrive on Thursday, 19 Oct, at which time installation will begin. The balance of the tanks will arrive over the next several weeks bringing the plant to a ten tank system.
Additionally Intrepid will receive in the next several weeks the first two of the 15 tanks at the new Westpoint biogas plant near Wendell, Idaho.
All of these tanks have been redesigned and improved based upon operational experience gained over the past nearly 2 years operating the prototype Whitesides facility. The redesigned tanks which allow for the removal of sand and silt while the tanks are in operation are a significant enough improvement that Intrepid and Andigen, through Utah State University, are applying for a joint patent.
Once all installation work has been completed and both plants brought back into production they will produce in the neighborhood of 250,000,000 cubic feet of clean biogas annually.
All the preparatory work has been completed and tank fabrication and delivery sequenced to allow the expansion construction to proceed uninterrupted from this point on. Once these initial 2 tanks are placed, the current building end wall will be removed and the remaining 6 additional tanks installed. At that point, the interior stairways and catwalks will be added and the building expansion erected to enclose the facility again and allow interior work to proceed protected from the winter elements. Current construction photos will be posted on a regular basis on the Company website, www.intrepid21.com, so interested followers can keep pace with the construction progress.

May hear about financing next week, I'm referring to the bond. The way it traded yesterday and so far today I would say something is up.
