Lots of reasons but the main one is that long ago the Circuit City deal was delayed and some thought it was canceled. So most sold the stock.
The OS went up a lot also. They got 25 billion A/S 4.3 OS
I think they will make it big in 2007 so the dilution should stop.
But here the fear of a reverse split does not matter to me. It cost NOTHING to buy this stock really. You can get almost 500,000 shares for a bit over 2 grand. Even a 200-1 reverse will leave you with a couple thousand. A LOT OF SHARES IF THEY GO ON NASDAQ. But you can always sell before it anyway. May hit a couple cents on the OTC in 2007. USXP had like 8 billion and hit a few cents so why can't GZFX?
The saving grace also is that they offer more then Netflix does and with the game and movie rentals in one place, people save over $150 per year. HUGE SELLING POINT which people keep overlooking for some reason.

Why bother investing in a diluting company? If they're a great company and will make it then wait for confirmation from charts that dilution is over. Don't believe the company, believe the charts.
No reason to invest in a penny of any kind until they are proven. If they're a great company that will eventually produce substantial profits then getting in while they're below $1 should make anyone a profit. So wait for the uptrend to that $1 mark. Don't invest in pennies.

We are all here for penny stocks! This is not a Nasdaq site.
And everyone invested in this stock way back before the OS was 4.2 billion. People believe in it like I do.
Anyone that can ink a deal with Mcdonalds and Circuit City and Microsoft , I give them the benefit of the doubt. Forgot also about AAFES which they also got a deal with. Only online rental company that has that deal.
I don't know of any penny stock that can claim those type of deals that sells for under .0050
I dont concern myself so much with the OS if I think they have a big shot at what they are doing. I think they can go head to head with Netflix.
And look at how much cash they make....

golf, When did you 1st buy and how many shares? How long did you do your DD before you bought? And last, how far back in the company's history (time frame) did you go into?

How many times do I have to give the example of QBID signing contracts with major companies such as Time Warner, Cox, Dish Network, etc.?
You also better concern yourself with the OS of a company. The stock market is supply and demand. If the supply is huge, demand must be much larger to make it move. QBID was still signing contracts with major companies months before it shut down. The news did absolutely nothing to the price. It didn't move because of a lack of volume. There were still suckers to be had that put money into the news. It didn't move because the supply of shares was too huge.
"And look at how much cash they make.... " Are they making money now? If they are, why are they still diluting? If they're still diluting because they're not making money wouldn't it be much wiser to wait for confirmation that 1. they're not diluting and 2. they're turning a profit?
Don't invest in penny stocks. If you do, at least use some common sense and don't invest in one that's in a long term downtrend.

I met look at how much money Netflix makes. Its a billion dollar industry movie rentals.
We don't know what qbid signed anyway since they never did any Q's. Who really knows with a pink sheet stock what money they have or anything else. They probably had 0 in revenues and total missmanagement for all we know.
Qbid also had in the trillions of shares. I remember reading such a high number on it that I laughed.
Im not sure the year I found out about Gameznflix but it was even before the Circuit City deal was mentioned. I just had the stock on my radar but never bought it back then.
I said they can't make it without something big happening so I never bought it. They never advertised anyplace which was a big problem.
Once the CC deal was announced I started buying it.
Then I took a closer look at all the money people save by joining them with the movie and game rentals in just one sub.
Juan did I pass your test here? Seems like your testing me. Im in pennys awhile now and I know a good stock when I see one. I am not new. And I think if Gameznflix did a national TV advertising one day, they would get a huge amout of subs.
Downloading movies online has been around for years and it has never caught on yet and won't for another 5 years at least. So the online downloading sites are no threat at all in case anyone is wondering about that. They have no increase in subscribers.

Hi repoman! So what do you think? Do I know my stuff or what?
I did my DD here.
And just so you know the tour stop that Gameznflix is going to this weekend for 3 days, the Avalon dance club in Boston, is ranked the number 1 dance club in all of Boston.
Golf, call the TA every month and see how many shares are being added. Why buy if they are diluting? The price is just gonna come down more.
You say your not scared of a RS, you say you can buy 2 grand worth and get 500,000 shares. Lets look at your logic a bit:
$2,000 = 500,000 shares after a 200 to 1 RS you have 2500 shares RS makes people sell New price goes down back to old price 2500 shares = 11 dollars
You have just turned 2 grand into 11 dollars. How can you not fear a RS? If you give me one example of a penny stock where the price held or went up after a RS then I will give you 10 showing a rapid loss after a RS.
Have you looked at the history of this company? They were a comicbook company until 1999 and then they were a holding company until 2004 and now they are an online movie rental place?
Why did they change their state of incorp to Nevada? Because Nevada state law has loopholes for penny scammers. Thats why the worst ones locate themselves in Nevada or Florida.
These are facts Golf not feelings. There is a difference between the two. Facts help you make good decisions, feelings leave you holding the bag.

It won't go back to the old price guy. Reverse splits with a growing company does not have the same effect as the penny stocks who just do it with no growth. And im sure it can get near .05 cents just on the OTC before any reverse split happens.
No they teamed up with so many big names I mean come on. Maybe Nevada does not require a vote to change the AS. Not because of being a scam. Not this stock.
Go on investors hub board and GZFX is one of the most read stock board every single day out of any penny stock. Its always in the top 10 or 15.
I listened to all the interviews online about this company so maybe I have a lot more faith in it. If you dont follow it , its just another penny stock.
I think its the best potential penny stock out there right now. Many other agree also.

Dunno about best, but certainly good. I'm holding GZFX myself for long. I say it's good but not necessarily the best because I've seen other companies out there with some AMAZING business models or core competencies
(just today I found SFNL which has started a ride bigtime, take a look at the thread I started
But you know GZFX is a good stock by the amount of bashing it gets. no basher ever bashes a bad stock, and I've seen GZFX getting trashed all over. Signs we're holding somehting good !

Ha. You're setting yourself up for failure. I know from personal experience that people bashed QBID all the time. It must have been a good stock huh? Nope. Billions of shares in dilution.
That's the only one I've played long term and it bit me in the butt. Therefore, I can't say for sure that other stocks that have failed long term were also bashed. I am willing to bet thousands that they were bashed as well.
Bashers are everywhere. Was there ever a stock people believed in on the threads that didn't have bashers? Considering people will take my attitude right here as bashing, I'd say no. Now consider how many pennies actually turn out to be great long term holds. (Very close to zero) The logic that bashers only bash bad stocks is a terrible thing to believe in. Matt

Golfman, I also encourage you to find one post from a distinguished poster on any forum that makes good picks in which they suggest investing long term into pennies. Or to invest in a company that is diluting. Or to believe in a penny stock company. Etc. etc..

I will buy BRVOE again after they get HP Hood or right before and hold that long term ,but this is a dilution nightmare!
As for trading it pays to wait for the season to change. Come November there might be a better chance to make $$ ,but right now with $$ being tight and interest rates unstable the pennies are almost like playing the slots in Vegas.
Unless you have 100K or more then your playing against the odds right now IMO especially at this pps point issue.

I wouldn't listen to anyone without a rating.
Thats fine, I hope no one listens to me. Because what I am talking about is common sense. People aren't objecting to you because they think gzfx is a good stock. They are trying to caution others to see both sides.

Ha. Cramer must know all, huh? If big board stocks were no longer held long then they would experience the same movement as pennies. i.e. - large volume spikes, huge dropoffs, then loss of volume/interest.
Surprise, surprise, thats the movement both of the picks you've suggested demonstrate.
MRKL.ob, which is actually MRKL.pk now, has been in a downtrend ever since it came to existance in 98-99. A more steady downtrend has been since 03. Sure the stock had it's pops but if you held long after the pops all profits would most surely be gone. As far as I can tell, this stock is at its lowest point ever; nearly a decade.
BRVOE is in "better" shape. It rebounded in 04' and bounced again in mid 05'. Even those pops would not be worth investing into. The upsurges lasted less than a month each time. Why would you "invest" into that? The volume it received in June of 05 was very out of the ordinary for that stock. The volume has since dropped considerably. Did I mention the stock has also dropped from the 05 high of 1.42 to just .52. Not a very good investment if you ask me. Take your profits and get out.

BRVOE is going through expansion and will be going through an RS soon.
If you follow the ongoing saga of the co. you will see that they shall be signing with HP Hood and after that they shall be producing for worldwide distribution.
It will become a growth co. once their distribution channels are filled. They will be going into schools and all over the country.
After they do the RS their float will be smaller and they will aim for a +$5 pps target which will generate intrest from big investment firms.Atleast that is their plan.
ALAN is another co. that will improve with the contract they just signed.
BRVOE was a good trade at .40 - .50 and I got out long ago and have been keeping up with the story. They expanded to fast to keep up. I am also concerned with their CCE deal.If they lose them they are fnished, but CCE wants an alternative drink. Seeing that they are Milk Based I think CCE will keep them. It's an intereting play, but I am waiting for Oct as that will be when HP Hood signs on.They will easily double if that happens which the co. has revealed it's a done deal.

Yes Abex, but my point is many pennies have good plans and look great. Even if they get the HP Hood deal, they'll double, and then what? Profits are taken and there are more bag holders. it's a typical penny story. Until a penny is shown to be in a long term uptrend, why invest into it? Those cases are very few and far between. If you're into investing, pennies aren't the best places to put your money.
Even if the company does well, traders could still keep it down. As a penny it will experience remarkable gains in considerably short time periods. Who would not sell a position after gaining 10,000% if not even just 1,000% on a play? Most likely, people will take profits, volume will leave the stock since most people don't invest in pennies, and no uptrend will be made.
Unfortunately thats the reality of pennies. Take a look at WDAM. If you check out the PR's it puts out you would not expect the company to be in much trouble. The stock is a different story. Long term downtrend for years with occasional pops. Thats what happens with pennies though. Volume comes in and volume goes out.
Investing in pennies does not work.
