HOUSTON, Aug. 8, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Falcon Natural Gas Corp. (OTC BB:FNGC.OB - News), with Bayou City Exploration, has begun producing from the first well in their planned drilling project. The Gemini Prospect is located in southwest Louisiana just north of the town of Iowa. The well is currently producing Natural Gas to the pipe line at the rate of 310 MCF/D, with plans to increase this rate slowly over the coming weeks.
The drilling area in southwest Louisiana was chosen because of its location within one of the largest natural gas producing areas of North America. The comprehensive pipeline infrastructure and enormous industrial resources make it an ideal drilling area.
