Danger, Will Robinson! Danger!

VERT has failed to meet NASDAQ Capital Market continued listing requirement(s).

The last that I heard, they planned to ask shareholders to approve a reverse split to meet the min. price.

Did that happen? Was the measure approved? I haven't heard anything about this since then.
