What happened to FGFC over the last few days, dropped considerably. Doing a 10 for 1 today. Thought we would see some nice movement. Any thought?? [Mad] [Mad] [Eek!] [Mad] [Eek!] [Mad]

hey craig, have you checked your account yet??
i have choice trade and now my total value has jumped way up because of fgfc. i dont know if the value is at .10 cents per share and i get 10x more shares or if the value is still the same. i have no idea what to expect on monday morning, let me know what your acct says.

I know, I have E-trade and its the same thing. That would be great if that was the case, but doubt it. I put a sell at $1, in case it is true, mine will sell.

NEW YORK, Apr 04, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- First Guardian Financial Corporation (Pink Sheets:FGFC) announced today that the Board of Directors recently approved agreement with The Cosmos Group to participate or joint venture in all potential investment opportunities will now proceed to memorialize said agreement with the formation of an entity (yet to be named) of which will be majority owned by First Guardian Financial Corporation.

The Cosmos Group, a private Wall Street investment firm, who had also agreed to share potential investment opportunities with First Guardian Financial Corporation for participation or joint venture possibilities has also agreed to the formation of the new entity and will hold a minority stake in the new entity.

The companies will combine resources and prospects within investment related industries for its portfolio such as commercial real estate finance, commercial equipment leasing, non performing asset acquisitions, receivables factoring and other investment related opportunities.
