1) MACD is crossing over 2) Slow stochs crossed, turning upward and are very low 3) Williams %R coming out of oversold 4) CMF diverging positive... should go green in a couple days 5) CCI coming out of oversold 6) Wilders DMi lines merging together.. should get a cross soon 7) and most importantly, the volume has significantly increased over the last 7-10 days... volume increases always precede pps rises.
Low float stock here.... 15.5 million O/S 11.4 million float (insiders own 26%)
For those that don't have a knack for doing their own DD...
I did contact Jody (their IR person) and he verified the share count info. I also asked his opinion on the pps drop, and he indicated that on Jan 10th, the CEO was to be on CNN, but got bumped when ariel sharon got sick. They are trying to reschedule the interview, and they are hoping to have one soon.
IMHO, the drop was nothing more than a panic sell due to investor disappointment in the cnn interview..... when this happens, the pps usually corrects itself back to the original level.
