UDS Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:UDSG) announced today that its board of directors has approved a 2 for 1 (forward) stock split of the company's outstanding common shares. Shareholders of record at the close of business on April 21, 2006 will be entitled to the split, receiving one additional UDSG share for every share they own.

How low will this go before the split,can anyone advise on it,thanks.
