Anyone have any thoughts on this one?

I bought in today under $2. Closed near high of day at $2.53.

I bought on an ethanol play from this news: MEMS USA to Change Its Corporate Name to Convergence Ethanol
Wednesday April 5, 8:45 am ET

Is anyone else in?
I'm also curious on the float. Anyone know outstanding shares and the float?
