Does anyone here have the previous history of this stock. (beyond what I can dig up on the net.)

I know that this is not a glamorous sector, but this company has authorized a stock dividend, a stock buy back and projected 2005 pre-tax net revenue of $.92 to $1.02 per share. Now trading under a dollar.

Any and all opinions appreciated.
