(Pink Sheets:WTAF - News), an International Company focusing on developing and delivering technology-based water harvesting systems worldwide, is pleased to announce they have appointed exclusive distributors for the territories of Jamaica and the Philippines. The Agreements cover a three-year period, with a renewal right for an additional three years contingent on performance.
The minimum requirements outlined in the contract for the Philippines to maintain exclusivity are the purchase annually of twelve containers of the "Home 10" units, consisting of 288 machines per container.
The minimum requirements outlined in the contract for Jamaica are the purchase of three containers annually of the HO 10 Atmospheric Water Generator.
In the Philippines uncontrolled deforestation in rural areas has significantly reduced the volume of groundwater available for domestic purposes and has affected the water supply drastically. This combined with natural disasters such as hurricane, floods, etc. have left the country near a crisis point for clean drinking water.
Jamaica also has an immediate need for quality drinking water due to natural disasters as well as lack of infrastructure to supply the population of the country safely and cost effectively with a continuous supply of water.
The company has received deposits from both distributors and will be shipping immediately.

Wataire Industries has received confirmation from Worldwide Logistics that the shipment to Belize of two 2500 liter per day Generators will arrive in Belize City on Dec 6, 2005. The company has dispatched two technicians from Cape Breton to supervise the installation of the Generators. Wataire anticipates the Generators to be installed and operating by Dec 12, 2005.
