Galaxy Energy Corporation Receives Approval for Listing on the American Stock Exchange Thursday November 17, 6:00 am ET
DENVER, Nov. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Galaxy Energy Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GAXI - News), an oil and gas exploration and production company that is focused on developing its unconventional natural gas prospects in the Powder River Basin in Wyoming and Montana and the Piceance Basin in western Colorado, announced today that the American Stock Exchange ("Amex") has approved the company's application for listing its common stock. The approval is contingent upon the company being in compliance with all applicable listing standards on the date it begins trading on the exchange and may be rescinded if the company is not in compliance with such standards.
