KleenAir Systems, Inc. Signs Supply and Marketing Agreement with Dinex for the US Business Wire - June 29, 2005 10:58
ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Jun 29, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- KleenAir Systems Inc. (OTCBB:KAIR) is pleased to announce that they have signed a licensing and supply agreement with Dinex US, Inc. to manufacture and develop market opportunities in the US for their NOxMAster(R) product line.
KleenAir has been working with Dinex A/S of Denmark as a strategic partner for the past two years to commercialize its technology for the UK and European market. Products ranging from taxis to buses have been approved by the Energy Savings Trust Clean-Up Register. Dinex has designed a modular version of the NOxMAster(R) product line and integrated it with a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and a Fuel Borne Catalyst (FBC) to provide a combination package meeting Euro emission standard requirements for Automotive Retrofit.
Dinex has now established an operation in the United States in the City of Industry, CA close to KleenAir, who have moved their testing equipment into the Dinex facility. The two companies will share this equipment for the purpose of securing Retrofit Verification from both the California Air Resource Board (CARB) and the EPA. They will also work both jointly and independently on additional application engineering projects for the commercialization of the technology for a variety of types and sizes of diesel vehicles.
"We believe with the application engineering experience that Dinex has acquired with our technology, we will have a strong and effective partner in bringing our technology to market," said Lionel Simons, President of KleenAir Systems, Inc. "and a reliable long-term source of supply for engineered solutions to fill our own marketing and distribution needs."
