I have received information on these companies in newletters and e-mails. Are these legitimate companies with potential futures or are they "pump and dump" scams. The companies in question are:
Storm Cat Energy Corp. (SME.V) Cheetah Oil and Gas (COGL.OB) Fidelis Energy Inc. (FDEI.OB) OMDA Oil & Gas Inc. (OMOG.PK)
Any commments, imput? Thanks...

TNOG is a real company, HQ about 4 hrs drive from me. I'm thinking of visiting the drilling sites. Several (many?) of us on this board have had good returns following it. I forget who it is, but somebody's sig is "TNOG paid my college tuition" lol So far they have run on news--sometimes a three-bagger, over several days so it's not hectic like playing a 20-minute run--and fallen on crude dips. They're in a dip right now, or at least last time I checked. seems like Diana (handle "realityinc" or realty something) swings this quite a bit. search the TNOG threads and compare her entries/exits to the chart. Others here seem to like OMOG and QOIL, but I've never played em...gl

Can't be a "strong" company if it's at the 52 Low lol ... but you can say that it's due for a "correction" and go on a uptrend.. by looking at it's chart it seems it's 20 day Moving Average is the Resistance for now... once it breaks that Resistance completely it will be quite profitable for you...

I should be more specific, It is a strong company. Not necessarily a strong stock. I know some of the people involved, they know their business, seem to hit gas everywhere they drill, have no debt, and the principals own over half of the outstanding shares, on the down side it only trades about 200k per day. I do not advocate investing in any stock, especially oil and gas stocks since the industry is so volatile. I was just letting you know about a likely up and coming "Future oil stock". I own many shares of EGSR.

Ok SVSE took a beating today because Oil is down and the Market was bullish.. but the Bulls tried to push it up in the last half hour... my guess the Market will "correct" itself tomorrow and do a pullback.. rarely does the market have rallies 4 days in a row.. but who knows.. perhaps im wrong... <shrugs> ...

FDEI now gettin beat up.RSI now 29...patiently waiting.
GTI was the perfect example of a stock whose RSI went too low and when it hit RSI 20 it did a big rebound.. last two days its in consolidation (Doji candlesticks also) and is using it's 20 Day Moving Average as Resistance but if it breaks through that watch out... check out the chart for GTI HitMe in candlestick form if you can...just a good example that the RSI tends to work though not all the time but eventually...
