I have been looking at GR GR, the chart is so so hasn't been around hasn't been around that long. My problem is I cannot get a quote from pink sheets.com, they say they have not received a 211 form. I can get a quote from my broker, also other web sites give me a quote. Should I be concerned or am I worrying about nothing?

Yes, to some extent Slim it would cause some concern. From a third parties perspective it appears that the Company did not file the necessary paper work in order to continue trading as a listed security on OTCbb or Pink sheets. For what valid reason? This causes harm to existing and potential shareholders, in turn lending the company to lose future investment monies.
They have been delisted to the grey market and created a virtual nil market environment to exchange the shares. It is not the end of the world, filings can be made however, one wonders why a company puts itself in these kinds of predicaments in the first place.
Many times on these boards I hear posters say it for the shareholders benefit, I could not disagree more. A public entity never has anything to hide from its shareholders unless they decide on their own terms to become a semi-private Company and start choosing their own rules. In there lays the dilemma between discloser and the laws which govern the exchanges they are sworn to follow.
