Simtek Corporation Sets Date for 4th Quarter & Year End News Release and Conference Call Wednesday March 2, 2:11 pm ET
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., March 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Simtek Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: SRAM - News), a leading developer of next-generation nonvolatile memory products, today said it will announce its 2004 fourth quarter and year end financial results on Thursday, March 17, 2005, and follow the announcement with a conference call at 2:15 p.m. Mountain Time on the same day.
ADVERTISEMENT In addition to discussing Q4 and year-end financial results, management will provide investors with a general update on the business, including the status of the rollout of Simtek's new 1 Mbit nvSRAM memory. The 1 Mbit nvSRAM is a unique high-capacity, high-speed memory product that supports next generation developments in mass storage systems, office automation equipment, industrial control systems and military applications.

I've never been good at entry points, unless I'm actually watching the market. Not that I go by American Bulls, but according to their reccomendation they say sell, so maybe a good entry point will be comming up, but I never believe their system all of the time. I do like to combine theirs with other indicators though!!

Our system posted a SELL-IF today. The previous BUY recommendation that was confirmed was made on 03.09.2005 (3) days ago, when the stock price was 0.7100. Since then SRAM has gained 19.72% .
Are you eager to sell your shares? Well, this may be the right time to do so. However, waiting for the market confirmation may be even better. We request utmost attention in the next session. The pattern is a bearish one, but we have to see whether it will be confirmed or not. After hours trading and futures may give early indications.
Do you see a gap-down at the market open? Do you see a black candlestick forming with a lower close at the session’s end? Shortly, is it a down day? If so, do not hesitate and sell your stocks; or sell short if you are one of the chaps that love to earn money in a falling market.

Thanks USA for your reply. When news comes out usually you can through charts out the window, however they will sometimes give you an indicator if the the news leaks out and there is heavy buying a few days before. I haven't been following this stock much but it did come up on my watch list due to the heavy volume. Thanks for the reminder and I will be looking for a good entry point around .07-.075. I am hoping it drops before Thurs. I am acually counting on the MM's for this. Imagine that, I am counting on those f****** MM's. GLT.
