Why does this stock keeping just going from .0002 then to .0003?

Why does it never goto .0004? It seems like it just goes back and fourth for months between these two numbers.

2005 looks good for them. I can't understand this low share price. A real estate stock at .0002?

Market makers maybe?

it needs some positive news out to go up.I have not seen anything in a while to make it go up.The volume has been good last couple of days,so if there is some good news in the future and the stock price rises get out because when the daytraders see this they will sell off and the price will go back down.
