Business Editors MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--VIVI-- Viva International, Inc. (OTCBB:VIVI) announced today that its Board of Directors has ratified a flight operations agreement with Skyplan Services Limited of Alberta, Canada. A Company spokesman informed the media that the agreement calls for Skyplan to provide Flight Dispatch, Flight Planning, Flight Following and Flight Watch Services. The services provide for one flight plan per leg in conformance with internationally standards. The agreement provides for weather report, projections, departure, arrival and alternate airports with related enroute weather reports to the extent of coverage afforded by commercially available sources
