Clancy Systems International (BB:CLSI) manufactures state of the art parking systems. Clancy systems provide complete solutions from ticket processing to collecting payments. Clancy Systems has been in the parking industry for 16 years, unprecedented for a penny stock where average life of is very limited.

In the age of government debs, municipalities are looking for any revenue they can get. An integrated and fully automatic parking system will greatly improve their revenue. More municipalities are catching on to the ideal.

NASCAR, NHRA, Major League Baseball, and the U.S. National Parks System are said to be interested in Clancy's product. These are potential 8 figure contracts ($10+ million). If it goes though then it will be explosive for this stock and will go straight to AMEX because the company really wants to list on the AMEX or NASDAQ small cap. It is not a far off goal.

Right now there is a general consensus among share holders that this company is desperately undervalued. People are talking about at least 10 cents per share. The management is committed not to ever split shares either way and have been pretty outspoken about that.

* 176 million of the total shares are restricted

Clancy is getting noticed, there has been 5 contract signing since March 2004. This will only make the balance sheet look really good. Clancy has virtually any debt, except for 1 international company they own which will be debt free in the upcoming quarters. This company is and has been in the past, profitable, which is very unusual for a penny stock.
