I can't seem to get registered on this site so I'm sure this is the wrong place to post this, but here goes.

I did a wire transfer to Tradingdirect.com yesterday afternoon. Does anyone know how long until they post it to my account?

If they are like Ameritrade, depends on what time you sent it. Possibly first thing monday morning, if you sent it too late in the afternoon it may not show until around 10:00 am cst Monday.

Risky, I went to the bank on Friday afternoon at 3 to wire funds. The bank didn't send the wire until Monday afternoon and it was not received until Tuesday. I could have done an electronic transfer in the same time frame. Check to see what time your bank sent it and then it sometimes takes all of four hours. I had friends open accounts at Ameritrade and Etrade at the same time and wire funds to see which would be quicker when buying CMKX (I thought it would be flying by now). Ameritrade won with same day availability. -Debi
