Everyones so hard on this TFCT...I admit its a cool idea, nice website, but somthing shady about the whole thing...The actual company is in the UK, able to "sell" an item for 175% of its market value, simple type-o's on the site, all this "pumping" of it, there already was a reverse split, now talk of another...I don't know...and this RIGGs guy with 2000 posts on it...WHAT DO YALL THINK?

Personally, I steer clear of issues like this. If you are buying to get in and out quickly and take advantage of a quick runup, then great. If it smells shaky then it probably is. Good luck.

Thanks UL...I think you have the right idea...and all the guys on here posting 7 topics a day about how great TFCT is, that didnt reply to this topic kind of makes me wonder about the information that is passed around here.

I personally dont think they will R/S anywhere near these levels. Probably not until they would get to over $1.00 pps if prizewise really takes off. And by then people in at these levels will already be in a very good position.

Does anyone think now is a good time to sell TFCT? or do you think we will have another run up? I was thinking of putting in a limit to sell @.114 first thing Monday morning. Can I get some opinions on what I should do? Thank You

Thats what I would like to know...some more info / ideas on this...I've checked a few other message boards and no matter what my concerns are/where in the original post all boards say its going to pop

it is when the price goes up and thay take some stock away sometimes its 1 for 2 or 1 for 3 i donk know why this would go on with tfct i think the stock is a real winner and so is prisewise thay are also in homeland security thay got some great ideas with the sea and land patch the only thing i am not happy with is the little advertising thay started with for prisewise i think that is why the stock went down on thursday

so in other words if i understand you right in a reverse split they take 1-2 or 1-3 of the share holders or the remaining shrares that might be out there.

As you'll notice if you would have sold at .11 you would have missed out on lots of $$$.

First off I like how someone else started another thread with my username or modified version TEST_1...haha...anyway, I'm not bashing it so don't take it the wrong way, like I'm someone that wants the price to go down so I can buy more, I'm totally new to this thats why I checked a bunch of other message boards and thats where I saw rumors of a reverse split, maybe they are the bashers, dunno, but it was in cbs mw and raging bull. I heard bad things about the raging bull website 2 so WHO KNOWS...

So what are we looking at here? Is it going to be a losing stocka or a winning stock. Is there any evidence that can let us judge wheter this could be bad or could be good. If so, please share it.

Thats what I think, and it seems like everyone thinks prizewise.com is the only thing 21st cent has going, but its not. On behalf of many of the registered users, we would suggest that you unregistered TFCT bashers take your conversation back in forth to yourselves elsewhere. Its pointless.

Attitude? Listen this is a message board that covers both the GOOD and BAD of annnnnnnnny penny stock out there, right? Not just what YOU want to hear. Two people that are using the board to talk about the good and the bad (within the rules) are rudely asked to leave by YOU. We are allowed to post as un-registered users and that is up to the admins of allstock.com not you the user, so please any complaints I suggest you contact them, but please leave the message boards to talking about STOCKS and for your info I am an owner of TFCT...IM TRYING to get as much info as possible. just waiting for my pw then I'll be a member...yahoo!

Test_again. I too have been trying to register since yesterday. Emailed the webmaster and he has responded to my request; however, hasn't sent my password yet. Hopefully, we will both be "legal" some time soon.

Our email is likely banned by them.
This happens not because we spam but because folks get viruses or someone uses our email as the reply in a spam email.
