Spectrum Sciences & Software Receives 6-Month Extension of Gila Bend AFAF Contract Spectrum Sciences & Software Holdings Corp. (SPSC) highly focused on homeland security through the provision of full-service, quality solutions in response to complex and diverse government initiatives stated today that the United States Air Force has exercised its option under the Federal Acquisition Regulations to extend its current contract term with Spectrum Sciences through September 30, 2004. With this extension, the contract maximum value is increased to a not-to-exceed cost of $45,019,779.34 from $41,700,000 (approx). I wonder where in Gila Bend they are.I only saw 2 truckstops,a subway and 3 or 4 moblie home parks and a lot of desert.Just what Arizona is good for on the flat lands
