XM, No. 1 in the nascent pay-radio market ahead of rival Sirius Satellite Radio(SIRI.O: Quote, Profile, Research) , will offer the stock in a public offering. The proceeds will be used general corporate purposes, which may include launch payments for the satellite called XM-4 and construction payments for XM-5, as well costs related to third-party programming and repayment of debt.
Earlier this week, XM said Boeing is completing construction of XM-4, which will be available for launch in 2006, and that it has awarded Loral Space & Communications Ltd (LRLSQ.OB: Quote, Profile, Research) a contract for the design and construction of XM-5, which is expected to be completed in 2007.

ok, good company maybe great, still was stuck on the bankrupt part, meaning comapany ends and can start new under new name making same great product.
I have barely looked into this at all! Just a thought.

Court Confirms Loral's Plan of Reorganization Monday July 25, 6:06 pm ET

(OTC Bulletin Board: LRLSQ - News) today announced that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York has confirmed Loral's Plan of Reorganization, paving the way for the company to conclude its chapter 11 reorganization.
