it really looks to me like the MM's are trying to encourage TRADING---they can make more money this way --i think?
like Robin Hood -steal from the rich, give to the poor minus 10% when the rich are poor and the poor are rich what do you do? steal from the rich and give to the poor minus 10%---LOL
