record revenue results for the month of March. Invicta Group's sales have
increased by more than $2.2 million for March 2004 compared to March
2003.

Invicta Group's revenues for
March 2004 were $2,211,000, up
significantly from March 2003
of just $2,080. Invicta's increase
in revenue occurred as a result
of Invicta's February 18, 2004
acquisition of Airplan. Airplan's
revenues for the month of March
were $2,211,000, which was an
increase of more than 240%
from March 2003 when Airplan
reported revenues of just
$649,486.
