CirTran Hits Record Sales for First Quarter 2004 & on Target for 300% Increase in Revenue

-- CirTran's sales backlog is significantly larger than it was at any
time during 2003 and currently still growing.
-- Due to cost savings implemented by Senior Management, CirTran's Gross
Profit Margins has greatly increased.
-- Most all of the litigations listed on the financial statements have
been settled and negotiated for much less than was originally claimed. Once
all have been settled, this will be announced. The company anticipates
making this announcement sometime in the second quarter which will end on
June 20, 2004.
-- The company has a solid investment firm partner facilitating it with
additional cash allowing it to properly finance the company's growth and
expansions as well as the company's recent commitment to extend the lease
of its 40,000sf manufacturing facility for another 10 years.

Shareholders can look forward to the following in 2004:

-- CirTran is close to closing on its acquisition of a minority position
in an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) based in Southern California
that is currently profitable and projecting revenues of $10,000,000 for
2004.
-- CirTran will be signing an Exclusive Manufacturing Agreement with an
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) based in Southern California that is
currently projecting revenues of $10,000,000 for 2004. CirTran will be
receiving the first Purchase Order within 10-days after the signing which
is expected to be well over $1,000,000. CirTran is expecting the overall
relationship to net CirTran between $3 - 4 million in additional revenue in
2004.
-- CirTran will soon be complete with the first phase of it contract with
an Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) based in Utah and will begin the
second phase during the second quarter of 2004 which is valued at
approximately $2,000,000.
-- CirTran's current contracts for complete box-build products for Meret
Optical Communications, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sorrento Networks
Corp., a supplier of optical networking equipment for carriers and
enterprises worldwide is stronger than ever and is expected to continue to
be strong throughout the year.
-- CirTran's acquisition program is stronger than ever. Senior Management
is reviewing many potential firms each month that meet a specific
acquisition profile. In addition, they are in final negotiations of
securing a much larger acquisition funding line in order to facilitate this
plan.
