Hello... new to this site... I've been holding onto Imaging Diagnostic Systems (IMDS) for a year. Got in around $.22 (now $1.08). They're waiting for FDA approval on their new digital mammography system. They filed in the summer '03. I've seen it at the RSNA tradeshow. Device is painless, no radiation, and they can do males too. Company has no long-term debt and they've begun to sell in the foreign markets. Any thoughts or advice. I'm hoping for a huge score when FDA approval comes in. Their web site is www.imds.com Thanks, Rob

We are in receipt of a warning letter from the FDA specifically regarding the biomonitoring section of an inspection conducted August 13th through August 18th, 2003 at our facility. We are preparing a response to this letter, which shall be submitted to the FDA on or before February 9, 2004, as well as continuing to prepare supplementary information to support our PMA application.
