Cetek Shareholders` Report for the Fourth Quarter 2003

January 30, 2004 10:09:00 (ET)

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y., Jan 30, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Cetek Technologies Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: CTKH) reports that the fourth quarter of 2003 was the first profitable quarter in over four years. Revenues for the year 2003 were 185% higher than the year 2002.

Importantly, Cetek made a significant advancement during this past quarter, to become established in the nanotechnology field. The Bush administration has signed a $4 billion appropriation for nanotechnology. This is an exciting, innovative technology with far-reaching potential applications. Nanotechnology is considered to be the basis for the next industrial growth. Cetek is well positioned in this field, and continued development and progress in this area should be fast and aggressive, both for the company and the industry.

Larger sintering furnaces, in the ceramic area, will come on line the first quarter of 2004, hence increasing available capacity by threefold. Having this increased capacity will have a favorable impact on the response time to customers. So far, Cetek has been able to maintain all shipments on schedule.

Cetek's primary customer from England, for whom we are building special furnaces, has issued Cetek Technologies more orders for these large furnaces. This product has generated strong demand in the United States and overseas. Substantial sales for this product line are expected throughout 2004 and into 2005.

Also, Cetek Technologies is proud to announce it has initiated its stock buyback program for the benefit of the shareholders. No information will be disclosed until it is completed, and no specific time limit has been set.

Cetek Technologies Inc.'s CEO, Fayiz Hilal, stated, "I am pleased with the quarterly results and very optimistic about Cetek's business landscape and I think it will be another rewarding and profitable year. I thank all shareholders for their continuous support. We will endeavor to keep shareholders informed of our efforts in developing Cetek into a significant player in this industry. We believe these recent events will lead to increased shareholder value."

In particular, when used in the preceding discussion, the words "believe," "expects," "projects," "may" and similar conditional expressions are intended to identify forward-looking statements within the meaning of the act and subject to the safe harbor created by the act. An Important Point on Price movement is that a lot of people were dismayed by the lack of pps Uptick - but the Company is Buying Back Shares - so the pps was good for them - it would have been to a disadvantage to put too much info in the PR that could of driven the pps much higher - I feel it will rise and maybe faster than most think! I am taking advantage of the pps where it is to accumulate while I can -

I just got off the phone with CTKH managment and I was told that the reason there was no specific numbers on revenues is becasue the SEC won't allow them to publish them because they are a non reporting company. By putting out specific numbers they told me could get them into trouble. I was also told that that they are waiting to finish the share buyback at the right price, so my guess is that the pric willbe going down, they will finish the buy back, and up it goes! They told me that they are shooting to become a full reporting company and get listed by trhe end of the year. Hold on longs, this one will really payoff for those who are patient. GLTA longs.

Other tidbits I read on RB

CTKH grows carbon NANO-tubes on the subsrates is what I read om RB

Also Fuel Cell Substrate seems to be in their Future - I think w/ FCEL

This is what I Asked

Hi

Any idea when the web site may be Up and running?

Also - is there communication w/ the Feul Cell sector?

tia -- duelittle2

Response

This morning's press release did not reference anything within the fuel cell area, so I would not focus on that for the time being.

As for the website, it is under construction and expected to be launched soon - within a few weeks, hopefully.

CTKH is a pinksheet stock, I don't believe you can buy pinksheets online with scotttrade. You have to call your broker to buy.

SPORK,

When companies announce a buyback it is a great thing for the shareholders in the longer term..The buyback also causes the price to drop in the near term until the buyback is concluded thus allowing the company to buyback at lower prices. This should bounce back and right thru .07 as it has hit .07 twice and not been able to hold.GLTA

How imminent is the buyback conclusion?

They should side trade it from now on...price should not go lower then 20%...actually its in there benefit to buy couple of million let it go high...sell...ask the mms to bring it back down...& repurchase....so I am assuming they will side trade it.

I am also saying this from RNKE who also has a buyback plan & they have been sidetrading it between 0.008x & 0.01x

If one is good enough to detect the buys & sells, they could ride the wave....for some profit.
