I have been accumulating CINT shares at levels. At these prices they are way undervalued IMO. The insiders were buying shares at .03-.04 cents, over a year or so ago. They knew the stock was worth that then. I think they are planning for some major updates soon due to the recent filing with the SEC.

Company Info:
Why should you choose to invest in CINT!

* Crystal
International Travel Group (CINT) business model merges the knowledge,
reliability and human touch of the travel agent community with the
advanced technology, speed and flexibility of online travel planning to
address one of the travel industry’s most pressing issues - price
stability.
* CINT focuses
on business and leisure customers who travel frequently and in
predictable patterns such as timeshare owners, vacation home owners and
others. It addresses the needs of this lucrative travel niche segment
with an innovative new offering that allows them to lock in five years
of roundtrip travel at fixed rates and discounted prices.
* CINT
offers two complementary products which address the broad spectrum of
travel needs. These two products IntelliFares and TheTravelHouse bring
together two opportunities to bring genuine revenues year over year to
the company. These two business units are detailed in the following
sections

All, CINT Update...

CINT
is not a promo play as some have tried to label it. I will explain why
it’s not later. I saw a link where my name was listed where someone
stated that they have seen me accept cash and/or shares for CINT. I
don’t know of any other way to prove this to be false except for saying
that it is absolutely 100% not true and I humbly ask for whoever it is
that have seen me ”supposedly” accept this payment from CINT to please
post the picture, video, or whatever. As for now, I will simply move
forward.

I told the company about this accusation of them paying
me to promote them and they laughed. They said they don’t even know me.
I told them that I know and that I am only a shareholder who believes
in their potential and was not paid anything by anyone.

The
company said that they will not pay any promoters to promote the
company. They believe the company will promote itself on its own merit.
They said that placing themselves into a position to not be able to pay
promoters was also used as part of the strategy to justify why they
went to the pink sheets. Peter Gallic was the guy I spoke with today.
He told me that going to the pink sheets locked the company into a
position where no free trading shares would be allowed to hit the
market because it is impossible to get an opinion letter since not
having financials current with the SEC. Doing this did not allow for
any free trading shares to be given to promoters to dilute the stock
even if they wanted to. This is also how they all protected the company
from each other that might have had authorization to tamper with the
share structure or to allow shares to hit the float to keep focus on
growing their company. He also mentioned something about not having
this done correctly would not pass with any lawyer to sign any opinion
letter for trying to get shares released from their Transfer Agent (TA).

So
quite naturally since the topic was on the share structure, I asked
Peter about the company’s share structure. He put me on hold as it
sounded like he was scrambling through some papers or something. He
then came back and told me that the share structure is as listed below:

240,000,000 shares = Outstanding Shares (OS)
104,000,000 shares = Restricted Shares

I
asked him if that OS number was an exact number or an approximate
number. He told me that the OS number he gave me was a number that he
just rounded up. Heck, so I figured the same for the restricted shares
when he said that the amount was 104 million shares. This means that
the float is about 136,000,000 shares. I told him that it was hard to
believe given the volume that has been trading over the past few days.
He said he knows and that this is not the first time that the company
has experienced this. He told me that the last time this happened he
received some phone calls from people asking him to give them some
shares because their brokers are going to have to buy them back into
the stock because their brokers wanted to clear some shares. Hmmmm… I
just changed the subject as I think we can figure what that “could”
mean (shorting/naked shorting).

Peter told me that he and his
friends that are part of the company have never sold a single share.
Peter told me that they have invested over $4 million of their own
money into CINT. He told me that they are not planning on selling any
shares until after they have their financials back on file with the SEC
and when the price of the stock is at much much higher prices than
these.

He also mentioned that they have a plan for taking care
of where the price of the stock is right now and that this plan is
going to have to do with proving to investors how the company’s
business plan will make substantial amounts of money for the company.
This will confirm their growth. He said that they are very near in
releasing news that should get things turned around in a big way. He
would not tell me exactly what it was and I did not ask.

For
anyone wanting to challenge or verify anything I have posted, I
recommend calling Peter Gallic at the number that is listed in the IBox
at 973-644-0900. There were some more things that we spoke about as I
will go back through my notes and post those things later. So far, I am
still very confident that CINT will make it back to the OTCBB where
they have previously traded for years and prove to be a solid
investment. My feelings about CINT and its future valuation remains the
same as I have previously posted below:
