EVTN Expands Entry in the Multi-Billion Dollar, Oil Production Equipment Market, with Contract to Deploy Another Voraxial(R) Oil/Water Separator
11/2/05

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Nov 02, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ --
Enviro Voraxial(R) Technology, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EVTN) announced today that the Company has signed a contract to deploy a Voraxial(R) 2000 Separator to a New Mexico oil production facility for a produced water (oil/water) separation application. This contract follows the recent announcement of another Voraxial(R) Separator being deployed to an offshore oil platform owned by CNOOC, China's third largest oil company.

Oil industry interest in the patented EVTN separation systems has accelerated since Royal Dutch/Shell invited EVTN to exhibit its technology in Shells' booth at the SPE/IADC Drilling Conference and Exhibition tradeshow in Amsterdam, this past February. To the Company's knowledge and that of leading industry experts, there is no existing product that can approach the separation efficiency of the Voraxial(R) Separator, when volume, size, cost, and energy are considered.

The need for effective produced water (oil/water) separation is a major issue for both offshore and land-based oil production facilities. Oil reservoirs frequently contain large volumes of water and as oil wells mature (the oil field becomes depleted), the amount of produced water increases. In the continental US, it is estimated that more than 10 barrels of water is produced for every barrel of oil. The produced water must be purified or treated for removal of oil and solids prior to discharge or re-injection into underground formations.

The necessity to process and efficiently separate high volumes of liquids coupled with the more stringent environmental regulations worldwide is increasing the demand for the Voraxial(R) Separator. The Voraxial(R) Separator provides a cost effective way to separate large volumes of produced or re-injection water for both on-land and offshore production facilities. The Voraxial(R) provides superior separation while decreasing the amount of space, energy and weight to conduct the separation.

"With the awareness of the Voraxial(R) Separator increasing, we have seen a significant rise in the interest for the Voraxial(R) Separator for both offshore and land-based oil production facilities. The ability of the Voraxial(R) Separator to achieve high separation efficiency in an economical manner is generating many sales opportunities for the Company," said John A. DiBella, Vice President of Enviro Voraxial(R) Technology. "What EVTN's separators can do for the oil industry, represents only a part of the total potential applications. The Voraxial(R) Separator can economically benefit industries as diverse as sewage treatment, mining, food processing, ballast and bilge water, to name a few. Some of these opportunities are currently being addressed."

Gulf Oil Spill Results in a Surge of Opportunities for EVTN

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Enviro Voraxial Technology, Inc. (OTCBB: EVTN) announced today that the catastrophic oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico has resulted in an increase number of inquiries for EVTN's Voraxial® Separator.

The Voraxial® Separator is a unique in-line, continuous flow separator capable of separating large volumes of oil and water with greater efficiencies than solutions currently deployed. EVTN's high efficiency oil/ water separation technology represents a dramatic opportunity to advance the effectiveness of emergency oil spill response.

EVTN is currently participating in the Offshore Technology Conference ("OTC") May 3 - May 6 in Houston, Texas. OTC is the world's foremost event for the development of offshore energy resources in the fields of drilling, exploration, production and environmental protection. EVTN is showcasing various models of its Voraxial Separator and performing a live demonstration of the Voraxial performing a simulated oil spill recovery separation. EVTN has experienced a high volume of visitors at its booth during the first day of the conference.

The Voraxial® 2000 Separator processes and separates up to 2,000 barrels per day (bpd).

The Voraxial® 4000 Separator processes and separates up to 15,000 bpd.

The Voraxial® 8000 Separator processes and separates up to 100,000 bpd.

The current oil spill in the Gulf is estimated to be leaking at a rate of 5,000 barrels per day.

The Voraxial® can be installed on boats small enough to be transported by air for emergency deployment or mounted onboard large vessels for open-water oil spill recovery. The Voraxial can also be installed near the shoreline to capture and separate the oil prior to reaching land.

About EVTN: Enviro Voraxial Technology, Inc. (OTCBB "EVTN") is a Fort Lauderdale, Florida based CleanTech company that developed and manufactures the Voraxial Separator, a separation technology that is a core process in many sectors including: oil & gas exploration and production, mining, environmental, clean water, waste treatment, bio-fuel refining, remediation and much more.

The Voraxial® Separator is a cost-effective, mechanic separator that separates contaminants at high volumes with less space, energy and weight than conventional equipment. The Voraxial Separator benefits include: high volume/small footprint, no pressure drop requirement, 2-way or 3 way separation, handles fluctuations in flow rate and oil concentration without any adjustments, high "g" force and less maintenance than conventional equipment. The Voraxial® Separator technology is scaleable and universal in its implementation. These benefits result in significant cost savings to the customer, both acquisition and operating cost.

The separation market encompasses a series of multi-billion dollar segments, spread globally across many industries and applications. EVTN was originally founded as a high precision aerospace manufacturer that built the gyro platforms for the Hubble space telescope as well as missile and satellite components. EVTN re-invested its profits along with equity investors toward the development of the Voraxial® Separator. The Voraxial® is now successfully commercialized and is the exclusive focus of EVTN's business. EVTN owns significant IP surrounding the Voraxial®. EVTN is continuing to develop and market its Voraxial® Separator as stand-alone technology as well as a key component of a turnkey separation system to improve the efficiency of self-contained treatment systems for multiple applications. www.EVTN.com
