MILLER PLACE, N.Y., Nov 6, 2006 (PrimeZone Media Network via COMTEX) -- Rockelle Corporation (RKLC, Trade), a developer, owner, operator and franchiser of quick service restaurants, proudly announces that they have entered another state for their Stewart's Original Root Beer Restaurant franchise expansion. Today, Rockelle announces the grand opening, on Thursday, November 2, of its first Ohio Stewart's franchise, located inside the Wal-Mart super center in Van Wert, Ohio.

Gerard Stephan, President & CEO of Rockelle Corp. stated, "I am delighted to announce our most recent grand opening, in the Van Wert Wal-Mart super center. This store employs over 300 Wal-Mart associates and draws over 1.5 million shoppers per year. Between the large number of Wal-Mart employees and the significant daily customer traffic, we expect this location to provide Rockelle with solid revenues."

In March of this year, Rockelle Corp. announced plans to open several Stewart's Original Root Beer Restaurant franchises within select Wal-Mart locations. Subsequent announcements identified specific Wal-Mart stores in Florida, Pennsylvania and Maryland in which Rockelle has opened franchise locations. "Today's announcement," said Mr. Stephan, "adds Ohio as the fourth state for Rockelle's planned franchise expansion, which will continue to fuel the company's growth."

Mr. Stephan added, "This announcement brings the number of Stewart's Original Root Beer Restaurant franchises in Wal-Marts to five, in only eight months time, with still more to come. Our hard work is really beginning to pay off, as our long-term plans are becoming reality. Combined with other recent business developments, we feel very confident about our growth in 2007 and later years."

They keep adding to the Walmart locations. Just needs to get noticed and should have a decent run.

I just got in at .075. I think this is a good flip from .07's to .012's. It would nice to see a little bit more buying pressure for this one though. Its almost like watching molasses move down a slope....
Any one have any opinions?

Rockelle Becomes Largest Licensed Operator of Chock full o'Nuts Cafes in the United States

May 2, 2007 10:02:00 (ET)

MILLER PLACE, N.Y., May 2, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Rockelle Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: RKLC.OB), a developer, owner, operator and franchiser of unique quick service restaurants, cafes and food concepts, is pleased to announce that Chock full o'Nuts (CFN) has signed an agreement with Rockelle granting the licensing rights to operate a full service Chock full o'Nuts Cafe and a separate, walk-up CFN concession on one of the busiest streets in New York City -- 42nd Street.

Each year, over 17 million people walk down this very famous street
while working or visiting the NYC area. The full CFN menu will be available to the public at both cafe locations.

In addition, Rockelle will soon be granted the licensing rights to another similar Chock full o'Nuts Cafe operation in our nation's capital, Washington, DC. "With these new locations, plus the dual-branded Stewart's/CFN snack bars we have in Wal-Marts", said Rockelle CEO, Mr. Gerard Stephan, "Rockelle has become the largest single operator of Chock full o'Nuts venues in the U.S."

Mr. Jim LaGanke, Senior V.P. of Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA, CFN's domestic parent company, added, "We are very pleased to have Mr. Stephan's management expertise and Rockelle's operating experience for these key, lucrative locations. CFN has opened approximately 50 new locations in the U.S. in just the past 12 months and we expect to accelerate that growth throughout 2007-2008. I have confidence that Rockelle will be one of our biggest and most successful operators."

Mr. Stephan continued, "Chock full o'Nuts has exciting growth plans which we are thrilled to be part of. Aligning ourselves with a great company like this should give our shareholders confidence in our bright future."
