Hey guys .... dose any body know what happened with this stock CSHD .... its not traded any more ....and I can't see any historical chart information ....it was okay last monday ...but I don't know what happend ?
did they change the symbol .....or got merged...
please let me know ...cuz I was putting it in my watching list to buy some at dip...

It dropped to $2.02, I can pull it up on Etrade still. 0 volume listed for today!

Dollar, that is incorrect You are on that thread everyday and you are aware that the 10k was filed. The SEC made a mistake, they have done it to a few of the stocks this week USXP even put out a PR about it... CSHD was not late with the 10K filing and the E should be gone tomorrow.

the only diference is that USXP didnt filed for an extension...and cshd did it...

Even with the E the pps held pretty nicely...closed green again today...and Monday the E will be gone and hopefully we can start the climb upward! Looking forward to next week!

Anybody else feel like they got kicked out of the other thread? I know they didn't do it on purpose but maybe they did?
They knew that the thread would get shut down, and I just don't think there is anything major to DD right now. They are overthere talking about things that have already been talked about and discussed before pretending it is new.
It is like they created a DD only thread and now they realise that they actually got to do DD. Now just so they can talk, they pick apart a sentence in a PR for an hour.
Personally, I liked hearing about Doniboy's baby... and the pictures... well it was only a short lapse in judgement, and it was fun.
Later all, I think this is a major case of over reaction. They don't want my input I can easily keep my posts to myself.

the E has been appearing on some that have filed but haven't been reviewed. USXP for example filed but still got the E. Looks like 1 hand isn't washing the other somehow. Maybe they moved the soap dispenser. Who knows. But the "E" certainly has its effect. Maybe the SEC is getting in on the short action eh?

Hi all - yes, Tax, I felt like my hand got slapped for the couple of days diversion we took during the E and low volume. Right now, the other thread feels more like the finger pointing and negative bashing we all avoid the other boards for...hopefully the next couple of days we will have stock action to talk about and not ruffle any more feathers.

First of all I want to say a very deep thank you to all shareholders that PM'd me asking to be part of a very special trust to help the troubled, lost and homeless children. That tutankhamen seems like a real nice guy. I have no idea what the heck he's saying a lot of times, but he seems to make you guys happy and that's good.
My mother told me when I was growing up, "Lawdie, making money comes second to making friends." Hope both happens here. Stocks are funny things. You can make money or lose money, but either way, money's involved.

Yogi..yes Tut seems like a nice guy and he sometimes talks in riddles...but I think that Tut is very much like you and I, he claims to have done some very extensive DD...like the rest of us here at allstocks and he is very convinced of the position...he seems to have helped alot of people stay in the stock..even when it was rough...IF this pans out...many people will owe it to Tut's conviction of holding strong...and I hope that is the end result...
The DD here at allstocks is what has held me in here...and that was a joint venture...

Morning gang, hope everyone had a great weekend! I'll be checking in and out all week, but I don't plan on watching the activity minute by minute. I recieved my stock cert last week and I am confident that my investment will take care of itself.
