Pegasus Wireless Corporation Issues Notice to Shareholders Pegasus Wireless Corporation (Nasdaq:PGWC), a leading provider of advanced wireless solutions, issued today a notice to shareholders who are eligible to receive the previously announced property dividend. FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 11, 2006--Pegasus Wireless Corporation (Nasdaq:PGWC - News), a leading provider of advanced wireless solutions, today issued a corporate update that addresses the status of the company's current operations, as well as recent milestones and upcoming accomplishments.
ADVERTISEMENT Jasper Knabb, President and CEO of Pegasus Wireless Corporation, stated, "We are in the midst of a very exciting and aggressive time. Our business is moving forward in accordance with our projections, and we have many exciting ventures on the horizon. Our focus is to continue bringing Pegasus' name and products to the forefront of the wireless industry, and exposing as many people as possible to what we believe is our ground-breaking technology."
Pegasus also reported that the company has received a patent pending status on the technology that is integrated into its breakthrough product, ECCO, which is expected to be in retail stores by the end of this calendar year. The ECCO is the wireless industry's only real-time video streaming presentation system that can wirelessly stream real-time DVD quality video and 5.1 surround sound audio to any remote display with a resolution equal to that of any wired solution. Well you should all know by now that pgwc is being delisted from nasdaq, a part of Jasper's ill fated plan to take the stock out of the hands of short selling.
The stock keeps going down, but you're all praying for a reversal with little to no foresight as to what is going to make this stock go UP. The video technology about to be unveiled wont amount to a thing. It will be out before Apple releases it's own, but do you SERIOUSLY believe they can beat out Cupertino on this technology and take a dominant market share? Unlikely.
If this stock does rebound, it will be a miracle if there ever was one.
