Did anyone check out dtli's PERC's and when they are redeemable? Is this a better play to buy dtli since it sounds like a hostile takeover. Doesn't the company getting bought out usually go down?

I found this from DTLI just out today should be very helpful SEC form filled by DTLI for GBCS and DTLI has confirmed its intent to aquire an operating interest here is the link
