It has taken a long time, but the world’s fantasies about Barack Obama are finally crumbling. In Europe, once the headquarters of the global cult of Obama, the disillusionment is particularly bitter. Monday’s newspapers were full of savage quotes about the perfidy of the Obama-led US.
It has gradually dawned on President Obama’s foreign fan club that their erstwhile hero is using methods that would be bitterly denounced if he were a white Republican. As Hakan Altinay, a Turkish academic, complained to me last week: “Obama talks like the president of the American Civil Liberties Union but he acts like Dick Cheney.”

"Fifty-five percent of registered American voters consider former NSA contractor Edward Snowden to be a whistleblower, and only 34 percent call him a traitor - despite US lawmakers labeling him as such.
A poll conducted by Quinnipiac University found that the majority of Americans perceive Snowden as a man who exposed the inappropriate surveillance tactics of the US government - not as a man who betrayed his duty.

Remember one thing, sometimes looks are deceiving. Obama looks pretty good body surfing. I think Obama is in pretty good shape, body surfing and basketball tend to get you in pretty good shape.
But then again, i am more interested in what a president does for the country, not how good of shape he is in.
I am sure some of our best presidents were not in the best of shape.

iwish, remember all the stories and promises from 2008 before the election. The things he said he would do if all you would do is cast your vote for him?
