I am for most of it, though I too am skeptical that the limits will ever actually be enforced. Hopefully it will send enough of a signal that industries will learn how to function in a cleaner way over the next ten years on their own.

ROFL, nothing as exciting as that. Managment shuffle at work had dumped alot more on my plate and the kids are getting old enough to want to play with dad so most of my free time is spent with them. (no complaints from me. )
The biggest thing I see from this bill, assuming it passes the senate, is that it will be a rallying cry for the repubs next year against those dems\other repubs that voted for it. Add to that the chance to put Obama in a 'taxing the poor' light and it's a heaven send for them no matter how it plays out.
When they get the majority (inevitable sooner or later) they will repeal it and the Dems will use it as a rallying cry against the 'earth haters' to swing the pendulum back into their favor.
Stupid politics as usual with the people left holding the bag for both.
