I'm guessing that at some point we won't even need judges when it seems all they are is expensive rubber stamps.

i don't have one, but i'm getting to the point where i have little choice but to get one.

if your going to commit a crime? swap phones with somebody and have them use it somewhere you are not for your alibi [BadOne]

Well its not just that but the fact that they can make a live database tracking in real time everyone's location. Also the accuracy of cell tower triangulation is around two thousand meters or so... Depending on obstructions. Just imagine there is a bank robbery and part of the Investigation is to question everyone within a mile radius. Or suppose as part of a drug investigation they tag every phone that is shown to be at the dealer's house?
The chance for this to imprison HOARDES of innocent people is terrorfying.

yeah, and how many phones are now equipped with GPS? won't they tell the exact location?

Mine does... I also have a program on the phone that tracks my location and emails a map of my activities everyday.
Its called gpsed
